I read your blog about green tea and I have read similar information elsewhere. What I would like to know is there any particular "green tea" blend, brand,or type that is better than others ?
Bob: My honest answer is that I don't know if one particular blend or brand is superior.
Because of the recent good news about tea in the media, though, I'm sure there will be claims by people and companies that theirs is best.
Personally, I drink various brands that are found in both supermarkets and natural food stores. I'm also told that decaf. teas retain their healthful properties, but instant teas do not.
Green tea seems to be themost beneficial but black teas are good too.
